buying Art
when you find a piece of art you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the 'Buy now' button which will take you to the paypal website. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the transaction. If there is no 'Buy now' button you can email me or the artist with any enquiries/offers.
money back guarantee
you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received.
a refund for the full amount of the artwork will be paid back to you within 30 days of cancellation assuming the artwork is returned in perfect condition. shipping costs are non-refundable.

payment
all payments are processed through paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you will need to register with them to purchase from this website or contact me direct to agree other options.
delivery and packaging rates have been simplified to one cost. So now you only pay £15 delivery charge regardless of size or price of artwork. (This price does not relate to guest artists i.e. anyone who is not a kulczak, for guest artists you will need contact the artist)

insurance
All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.
delivery process
after your order has been processed, you will be sent an email to confirm all details. the average time for an artwork to be delivered to you is 7 days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details.
